Meet Apocalypse Motorsport team owner / driver……. Chris Orthodoxou
Chris is a Mechanical Engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry, specialising in the design & construction of piping & pipeline systems for oil rigs, drilling facilities, refineries, gas and petro-chemical installations.

His work has seen him well-travelled over the years to many locations – some exotic, some not so exotic …… Offshore North Sea, Aberdeen, Wales, Norway, Italy, Singapore, Nigeria, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Equatorial Guinea, and most recently, Kazakhstan

With a passion for all things mechanical and a love of speed, he first discovered drag racing as a 10 year old, reading about the famous American stars of the era and being astounded by the speeds and acceleration capabilities of the cars.

The rest, as they say …….. is history !
